Team founder, Cari Field, a former Product Manager in the Marketing Department at Capitol Records, met Coleen Novak there through an artist she was managing who was signed to the legendary label. Years later, Cari and Coleen formed C3 Group LA, creating a powerhouse team dedicated to their clients best interests. They knew they couldn’t trust their discerning clients and stellar reputations with just anyone. Cari tapped Sasha and Jayna, two creative, smart and thoughtful individuals who, like C3, put people over profit.
